Principle

Lasers of different wavelengths can be selectively absorbed by pigments in the skin (black, blue, green, brown, red, brown, yellow, etc.). The Q-switched laser has high precision and will not cause damage to the surrounding normal tissue. The emitted laser can "identify" normal skin, using the principle of selective photothermal effect, only the diseased cells absorb specific laser light, and will not cause damage to surrounding cells.

The electro-optic (EO) Q-Switch,acting as a high-speed shutter,stores energy between pulse enabling the laser to produce peak power output of 100MV in 6ns pulse width. It forces energy at a high rate,the target chromophores vibrate and shatter,without harming the surrounding skin on all skin.
